Presentations
Modern design, many targeted layouts, easy handling. The new template offers many options for creating presentations with a uniform and modern look. And the standard slide set has also been given a refresh. It presents the KIT in a compact and contemporary way.
Templates for presentations are available in German and English. The templates are provided for software products recommended by the IVA (Committee for Information and Data Processing).
The presentation templates may only be used for official purposes. Students can use them in the context of seminars, presentations of study projects, thesis presentations, etc.
NEW: A sample slide library is also available to facilitate the creation of presentations. It provides an ideal basis for beautifully designed presentations. Simply copy complete slides or individual elements from this file. The images contained therein are to be understood as placeholders.
This set of slides is intended to introduce KIT. All employees who present KIT at a meeting, conference or other event can use it. When creating the slide set, we deliberately made sure that KIT is presented as compactly as possible and that the audience still gets a good overview - a transition to your own subject area or research field is of course desired.
In addition, you will find speaker texts in German or English in the notes for each slide, which explain the contents of the slides and should help you to present KIT.
The slides may not be passed on to third parties or external parties for presentation, but they may be published as pdf in conference documents if the date and source (see KIT imprint) are correctly indicated.
The two training videos explain how to use the standard slide set as well as how to work with the new templates and the possibilities of the sample slide library.
Subtitles can be shown and hidden in the video via "more options".

Structure of the template
- Master templates in 16:9 format are available in German and English.
- The current version of PowerPoint provides a standard size of 33.867 x 19.05 cm for 16:9.
- Released additional logos can be placed at the specified location. Maximum size 2/3 of the KIT logo.
- Franklin Gothic Medium is the default font for headings and Arial for body text.
- Attention should be paid to a clear layout of the slides.
