Building signs

  • Building signs must comply with the general design guidelines.
  • They must include:
    • The KIT logo
    • The building number
    • The address (for emergency responders)
    • Generally applicable information such as lecture halls or general facilities (the decision rests with SE4)
    • For reasons of sustainability and to ensure the information remains up-to-date, the names of Business Units or OE logos are not included.
  • Signs may vary in height and width, depending on any existing structural elements.
  • Requests for building signs or changes to them are submitted through the ticket system
